At JOY Boutique, we take great care in preparing and packaging every order. Because many of our items are handcrafted and produced in limited quantities, we maintain the following return and exchange policy.
Return & Exchanges
We currently do not offer refunds. However, exchanges or store credit may be considered under specific circumstances.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The request must be submitted within 5 days of delivery
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item must include original packaging
JOY Boutique reserves the right to deny exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Handcrafted Bags
- Earrings
- Custom or personalized items

Requests that do not include the required information may not be processed.
Handmade Product Disclaimer
Many of our pieces are handcrafted by artisans. As a result, slight variations in color, weave, shape, or texture may occur.
These variations are part of the unique nature of handmade products and should not be considered defects.
Shipping Damage Disclaimer
Once an order has been accepted and processed by the shipping carrier, JOY Boutique is not responsible for damage that occurs during transit.
